AVOID THIS AGENCY! SCAMMERS, plain and simple! Run away immediately. This agency is a disgrace. No professionalism, no transparency. They literally trapped me with an obscure clause about the type of card to use. As a result, I had to pay a completely unjustified penalty because I presented a debit card—something they don't clearly specify anywhere. Their sole goal is to trick you into falling for their money and then extort money from you. No dialogue possible, nonexistent customer service, and a total disregard for the customer. A real scam disguised as a rental agency. Don't fall for it like I did!
