Never deal with them if you want to go for home delivery. They do it like they offer it for free. Total waste of time, money and energy! The delivery guys tell you will be there " wahd chwia " and that could be more than 1h of wait! Awful company and the worst delivery service ever!

An agency offering a parcel delivery service that doesn't accept customer-made packaging and doesn't offer any alternatives, even if paid! There were three employees behind the desk, all serving the same customer. When it was my turn, I was served by all three at once: one gave me the form to fill out, the other checked it, and the gentleman entered the information on the computer! In addition, there's a very bad smell (probably due to a leak) in the premises, which was noticed several times over the years, so no action was taken. Horrible service!
