Confident drivers. I felt safe and that is matters to me. Staff are very friendly and supportive. I did not like a female quality control inspector who was showing off to the public that she could control all CTM employees. She was also rushing the drivers to take her to her car in a borough I know not on our way in loud voice. It was annoying and NOT professional at all. The workers were treated like slaves. I felt frustrated but could not reacted. Just watched the appalling scenario. We need to remember that the public transport can involve people from all social classes and industrial sector. I personally I am an educational assessor but she did encounter that.

The service is good, but please fix the line issue when calling as if the phone number doesn't exist.
