Caravane du Sud

One of the best experiences I've ever had while traveling. They take you to and from your tent on camel-back, serve delicious Moroccan food, and teach you how to play drums around a bonfire. If your willing to wake up early, you can also climb the nearby mountain to watch a once-in-a-lifetime sunrise over the Sahara Desert. I recommend waking up earlier than you need for this because the climb was quite gruesome, but worth it in the end.

Great experience! Highly recommended. It was an very impressive trip into the dessert organized by this company. The two camps we visited where amazing and a very special thank to Ibrahim and to Razi and the team of the camp at M’Hamid. We get our best Tajine in Morocco in this camp. Our driver Mohammed was very funny and we enjoyed his special soundtrack for the trip thru the dessert. The company Caravans du Sud was amazing: If there was a problem they found a solution.

I don’t have words to describe our guide AZIZ! Incredible, helpful, friendly, etc, arent enough to describe him! If you have to travel to morocco, choose AZIZ as your guide. Our suitcase didn’t arrive to the airport and he went with us three times to the airport to ask for the suitcase (it doesnt matter the hour). He even took us shopping for clothes even it wasnt his job. We wanted to buy a specific cushion and AZIZ spoke with his friends and with a lot of people so we could get it. AZIZ even took us to Medina so we could buy the cushion even though it wasn't on his itinerary. Going to the desert he explained to us all the villages and the entire territory in a fantastic way. AZIZ THANK YOU FOR ALL!!!! 🥹 GyJ.

We booked through Ando Travel but such a lovely experience at Caravane Du Sud. Our camel guide and go to person at the camp was Mohamed. He was really great! Our tent was neat and clean and the food was superb.
