We booked private tour of the Fes. We were waiting for one hour in front of meeting point and nobody came. We are so angry, because we were calling them and send messages and we did not get any answer.

This is a small window into the kind of accommodation you can expect when booking with this agency. Disgusting and they remain silent to my complaint and request for a refund. ( May I add, no sheets, no towels, no soap, no electrical outlets that worked, blankets that reeked of BO. May I add that Viator (the company that hires independent providers such as this ) has also remained silent beyond offering a mere $30 compensation. Terrible customer service so buyer beware.

Tour Feedback The driver was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the tour guide was unprofessional. I'm disappointed because I only wanted to visit Al-Qarawiyyin University and Al-Attarin School and learn more about them. Instead, the tour guide mainly wanted to take me to shops to buy things. At Al-Attarin School, he left me alone without accompanying me or explaining the history of the school. At Al-Qarawiyyin University, I was only allowed to see the door, without any explanation of the significance of this historical university. Overall, I'm disappointed with the tour. ---
