Honestly, I am disappointed with their behavior this year. The staff is arrogant and they make mistakes without asking for forgiveness. In addition, they favor certain customers over others. It's like we're asking them for alms! I've been a customer for five years and now I'll never set foot there or my money again! What attracts us as customers is the service.
One of the best libraries in Bouznika. Everything is available, and the service and reception are excellent. The owner is a very respectable and kind person.
