Hello, I advise against using this notary because following the sale of my property in El Hajeb, she received the transfer from the buyer and was supposed to deduct the fees and taxes and give me the supporting documents, but once the transfer was made to me, a deducted sum was not justified and I have followed up several times without any response to date and it has already been 9 months.
