After Friday's couscous, I tried another "typical" dish: the Moroccan salad, which I'd heard great things about at this restaurant... And indeed, the tuna was very good, a generous portion on two leaves of lettuce, with pieces of cucumber, bell pepper, etc., dressed with lemon juice that was unfortunately too diluted for my taste. A bit too much water? In conclusion: the dish was slightly more expensive than the couscous (+10 dirhams), but this was justified by the quantity and quality of the tuna. There's room for improvement with the side dishes (why not a few black olives in the salad, for example?) and especially the dressing. Note: the service was much faster and more efficient than the previous visit, even though it was the same time of day 😄)
