The milk is very good, but sometimes I get it from the truck driver and he doesn't deliver it to me. He tells me he submitted the order and they didn't give it to him. I'm talking about the milk from the Mika factory.

The best butter, the best milk, the best yogurt, and Yogo (which needs a change in its formula; it needs to thicken). The labneh (strained yogurt) is amazing, but the yogurt needs a complete overhaul of the product and a total change in the production chain to compete in the national market. Prices also need to be reviewed. And a salute to the greatest general manager in the cooperative's history, Mr. Cherkaoui.
