Avoid this agency at all costs! They are completely unprofessional, don't answer the phone, and have delayed packages by a month. No apologies, no explanations, and to this day, the package still hasn't arrived. I'm disappointed, and this is damaging our image (as Moroccans).

No respect for the individual, and scheduled stops are not respected. One of the two drivers was disrespectful to the passengers. Furthermore, for a travel agency that operates internationally, it would be appropriate to speak several languages. What we experienced at the border was appalling; we were treated like cattle, our passports were mishandled by the company, and the overall amateurishness was evident. Total chaos, stops in unsanitary areas—all of this paints a very bad picture of Moroccan travel companies. There was no stop for breakfast (it's 10:00 AM and we still haven't stopped). As for hygiene... Let's not even go there!
