I came to this café yesterday around 2 PM, From the moment we sat down, waiters kept moving us from table to table, saying they needed to “fix the tables for the match.” That alone is uncomfortable, but the real issue was the total lack of communication. No one took the time to clearly explain what was happening or what the plan was. When we asked if we could also stay to watch the match, the manager answered rudely with “I don’t know, it’s almost reserved”, without any effort to help or clarify. The problem is not that tables were reserved that’s normal. The problem is the attitude In your reply, you said my review was unfair and implied I was upset just because I “couldn’t find a place.” That’s simply not true. I’ve been to this café three times or four in my life, and every single time I regret it: Service is slow Food arrives late Staff behavior is consistently poor Ironically, the only kind and respectful person was the woman doing the cleaning. A big match is not an excuse for bad service. Good cafés prepare, communicate, and treat customers with respect , they don’t push them around or gaslight them afterward in replies. This review is not written out of frustration over a table, but out of repeated disappointment, so please work on that for your own good reputation

The pizza was over cooked/heated and much of the ingredients were missing. I definitely do not recommend it and I'm not going back there ever, I hope other customers don't fall for it!
