There was no cleanliness, no treatment, no word. He said hello and made an appointment with us, but when we drove 70 or 90 km, he didn't want to grind anything for us anymore, claiming, "Am I going to move the machine only for you?" Go another 1000 meters further and there's one that's much better, both in terms of treatment and prices.
