Some appartments are great but I had to rate it one star for poor, rather unexisting soft skills. Totally unprofessional staff. Stop hiring uncouth and boorish staff for once; clients pay for your services, too.

They promise you a clean apartment, but upon delivery, you receive a mess. See photos. Complaining doesn't help; the director is never present, or they lie because you can't speak to him.
