Really good experience. Transport in a Mercedes Vito, very safe and nice driver. Our tour guide, Ali, was great, speaking a lot of languages and knowing everyone in ouzoud. We were not tourists with him, were almost locals. What a day! Thank you!
Zero agency, no one answers the phone. I will return from Italy and file a complaint against them. They sent me 9,600 dirhams.
A serious team serving its customers. My parents went with them for Haj 2019, they were very satisfied with the service, and the stay in general. The promised hotel, excellent support, informative tours, all the hajjajs were happy and until today my mother does not stop praying for Yassir and his team. I highly recommend.
