The agency is excellent, and the service is provided in an organized manner. Every customer takes a number and waits their turn with complete transparency and equality. Too much waiting, 5 counters, only 1 open, I waited 3 hours for an internet subscription, it's scandalous
Very poor service, substandard staff, especially the manager of the Hassan II Street branch in Fkih Ben Salah.
This is a star I lost money on; they're either thieves or swindlers, and their treatment is terrible, like you're begging for help.
