Excellent service
Appalling customer service. After several calls and broken promises, my situation remains unchanged. The advisors are neither attentive nor efficient, and the resolution times are interminable. Orange is clearly the perfect example of a service that respects neither its commitments nor its customers.

The advisors/salespeople do not even have the essential information to answer basic questions about offers on the orange site, plus they try to invent bogus things to cover the lack of information, there are not even brochures on existing offers. Orange needs to train these people before putting them in the stores.
