If you can avoid dealing with them, avoid!!!! Thieves!!!!! I have never seen such an administration... before going to their agency I tried to pay my bills several times on their website but it was impossible to validate the payment after entering the bank card information. Once at the agency I paid my bills and in passing they added removal and meter replacement fees even though no electrician had come to do it... an abuse of power once again abused, all pretexts are good to make money on the backs of others. They will not take it to Heaven!!! People who are not afraid of God
