Substandard service. They dragged me around and made me look bad. I was inside the car, and it wasn't my fault, yet they didn't care. They only care about getting compensation from the start, and then their "expert" takes whatever photos they want. This is the last time I'll deal with them, and the best thing to do is stay away from this agency because they'll take the money and then, if you have a problem, they'll drag you around, make you sick, and manipulate you.
