The finish is excellent and there's plenty of sunshine. It's practically silent. The Al Baraka Bouskoura Gessimo team is always responsive. There's still no electricity or water, but I hope the electricity will be connected by Monday! In short, I highly recommend this establishment, which deserves 4 stars. Most of my family owns property there. The building manager is always helpful and notices anything that needs repairing, immediately contacting the sales office. It's fantastic.
