Clear procedures, able to buy tickets on line or in person. Counter staff spoke French . Good indoor and outdoor waiting areas, small but clean public bathroom. Bus was comfortable.

Easy walk from town, 30 minutes from the medina. No baggage store facility but plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I had a prebooked ticket to present. There is a waiting room and wc in the building.

Small bus station, staff is helpful and friendly. Toilet is clean. Not very big, so seats are not guaranteed but there are many coffees around it. Better than average bus stationa at Morocco.

To people who take bus in Morocco for the first time, be alerted that you need to go to the service counter to get a luggage label by paying 5 or 6 diram before boarding the bus. Be sure that you have change because they don't accept bills larger than 20 diram. To CTM: A simple way to avoid this hassle is to charge baggage fees when passengers purchase their tickets online. I took your buses five times during my trip, and four of those times, passengers didn't realize they needed baggage tags until the last minute. It's very troublesome and stressful for them if they don't have coins or 20 dirham notes (because you don't accept credit cards or notes larger than 20).

This is CTM bus stop! There is a toilet free to use inside the waiting room. Unfortunately, no wi fi.
