A small agency for a a really big amount of people in the irea ..service is mediocre and the place is almost always crowded..the location is also not very well chosen and to get there you feel like you're leaving the urban zone

Incredible but true, customers are not allowed to enter the agency; the security guard blocks everyone outside or chairs are placed in front of the agency with garbage on the ground and even on the sidewalk in the sun and rain. Is Veolia aware that its subsidiary's customers are treated like cattle? Did those who authorized the opening of an agency meant to serve the population not require a waiting room worthy of the name in the specifications?

My experience with this agency was extremely disappointing. From the outset, I encountered poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. The agency staff were unfriendly and unwilling to provide assistance. My questions were met with indifference, and I felt my concerns were not being taken seriously.
