Very clean place and perfect destination for recharging your batteries. Im removing one star because the restaurant doesn’t respect the time. Diner should be over at 11pm yesterday they wanted to leave me without diner even if i called at 10.40pm. Today they did not serve me breakfast because i was 10mins late (11.10am). Good overall experience

Very hot springs with no cooling water alternative. Rough ride going up to the mountain due to curvy small two-way roads and the outer roads are halfway paved with no railings making the drive up the mountain very dangerous. There was a car completely crashed once we reached the smallest and last curve before the hotel. Very clean place. Food is just okay. Prices are much higher than advertised online. Spa personnel is not friendly.

Absolutely despicable service!! don't bother booking on their website.. it doesn't work, and if you try to call in for a reservation, you'll have to try 53 TIMES to be answered twice and then the staff (completly uncaring btw) just transfers you and the call drops. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF and a DISORGANIZED ESTABLISHMENT not worthy of the time wasted on it. There are plenty of better SPAs around, this one isn't even worth the mention, horrible experience all around.

Pretty nice and relaxing. They have a big bath. But nothing "more". All is exclusive... Jacusi, Food, Pool... But the free apple was a nice signe. Keep healthy 😉 …
