I've had a consistently negative experience with the Poste Maroc office. Not only do they regularly store packages in the office without making any attempt to deliver them, but the attitude of the staff is also notably poor. There seems to be a lack of concern for customer service, and they are indifferent to resolving issues. I would caution others against relying on this postal service for reliable and satisfactory delivery 👎👎

Peace be upon you. The least that can be said about the service is that it's terrible; there's no sense of responsibility. One of the employees (a man) is always busy and doesn't pay attention to what I'm saying.
