The woman at this DHL office is rude and incompetent; she speaks in an aggressive tone. To top it all off, she doesn't even know how to fold DHL's own shipping boxes! It's a very bad experience with this DHL service. I absolutely do not recommend them. Meanwhile, this woman needs to be told off to tone down her aggression, which she uses to mask her incompetence. A word to the wise.
