the old guy at desk 2 is very rude with all due respect. not very helpful (after saying it's not their problem to fix my network in a rude way), he's like doing you a favor not a service.. very unprofessional behavior, disrespectful towards the customers (started attacking me like i'm the one who's wrong, and repeating after me my words like in a childish way). i strongly suggest he be replaced

One of the worst experiences I ever had, Bad service rude staff and not to mention the long wait time while the agent is on her phone talking about personal problems with god knows who, not only that but after all that waiting they told me they cant help me with my Internet issue and that I need to call on the phone so they can help. huge mistake taking their services WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!

The ATM doesn't dispense the receipt automatically; you have to call the security guard to have it dispensed using a small personal key, because the mechanism gets stuck!
