Bad experience. I booked a month in advance, and they asked for a €150 deposit the day before my arrival at Oujda airport. At 10:30 PM, they called me saying the car was reserved and that the body shop was to be repaired. They sent a subcontractor on the day of my arrival with a damaged car. I refused and asked for a refund of the deposit, but I still haven't received it. Avoid them! Be careful when paying a deposit.

Absolutely avoid this agency! We booked a car for August back in March with a €300 deposit. For months, our calls and messages went unanswered. Two weeks before our departure, we had to pretend to be new customers to finally get confirmation. The day before and the day of our trip: total silence. On site, his business partner (who still works with him) explained that it wasn't the first time he'd had to reimburse customers, because this manager takes reservations but never honors his commitments. The result: a delayed vacation, enormous stress with two young children, and a last-minute scramble to find a replacement vehicle. 👉 His slogan, "No deposit, no check, no stress," suddenly makes perfect sense... except that he cashes the deposit, and the stress is left to the customers!
