Business owners who submit listings represent that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. BizNiz.ma reserves the right to edit, remove, or refuse any listing that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.
Free listings are available to all legitimate Moroccan businesses. Premium listing features are subject to separate pricing agreements.
By submitting a review or any content to BizNiz.ma, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it is truthful and does not violate any applicable laws.
All content on BizNiz.ma including the design, logos, text, graphics, and software is the property of BizNiz.ma or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
BizNiz.ma provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing or review.
