The Ain Aouda municipality is staffed with incompetent, unqualified employees who were appointed through nepotism, favoritism, and electoral blackmail. The vice president, the brother of the mayor, is also incompetent, as is the head of the signatures department, who is constantly quarreling with citizens and acts as if it's his personal fiefdom. Shame on them all!
