The prices displayed in advertisements (website and Facebook page) are completely inaccurate: for example, for 400m² villa plots, prices start at 1,440,000 dirhams, not 1,100,000 dirhams as advertised. This is still expensive compared to Ain Aouda. 2. The sales representatives at the sales office barely answer questions and don't offer to visit the properties with you to show you the remaining available plots, their orientation, etc. It feels like you're dealing with them for basic necessities.
