The fiber optic cable hasn't worked since Saturday morning. The problem still hasn't been fixed as of Tuesday evening. Two technicians came. The first one wasn't the one who could fix it. The second one the next day didn't have the cable to connect it. IT'S CATASTROPHIC. Does it take 30 technicians before the problem is fixed?! 124 is taking 5 complaints, but nothing is happening!! The lack of organization and skills is simply astounding!
Zero service at this branch, there's no one helpful anymore and no one answers our calls. I hope you'll see who you trust on behalf of Maroc Telecom.
