A very bad experience at the IAM agency. The receptionist, Yassine Kamal, clearly lacks professionalism and customer service skills. His tone and attitude are disrespectful, which is regrettable for an agency that is supposed to welcome and support its clients. I hope that management will take the necessary steps to improve the reception and quality of service.
