If I could give negative stars, I would. An absolutely unacceptable experience at this Maroc Telecom branch. I have rarely been treated with such contempt. The agent on duty refused to provide any information, became aggressive as soon as a question was asked, and shouted as if he wanted to start a fight. It was like dealing with a psychopath, not a customer service representative. I simply wanted to subscribe to a Wi-Fi connection, but he refused to explain the offers, cut me off, saying it was noon and he was leaving, and redirected me to someone else outside the branch. It was only after I filed a complaint that he changed his tone and (finally) started giving me the real information—which he had deliberately withheld at first. Even worse, he initially quoted me a price of 200 dirhams, then, after realizing I was going to file a complaint, he started mentioning completely incoherent amounts, as if to get revenge. It's outrageous that a major company like Maroc Telecom tolerates such behavior in one of its branches. I will never set foot in that place again, and I strongly advise everyone to take their business elsewhere.
