I had a very unpleasant experience with this agency. I contacted them a week in advance to rent a car, mentioning several makes of vehicles they were supposed to have. I arrived at Al Aroui Airport and there was Soufiane, who was initially very friendly and cordial. We went to the airport parking lot and I saw that he had reserved a Dacia for me, which I hadn't wanted from the start. I asked him if he had any other cars available, and he replied that they were all rented. I let it go, as it wasn't the time to look for another provider. We arrived at his office in the town of Al Aroui, and the first thing he asked me was if I was going to take a trip with the car; if so, it would be 300 dirhams, and if not, 250 dirhams. Surprised, I asked him what difference it made whether I traveled or not, since the price should be the same. His response was that, theoretically, I would be driving a lot of kilometers. I told him I no longer wanted to rent the car from him and that I would rent one near his home. The customer service leaves much to be desired. During peak season, they don't care about customer service, and when they can't find any customers, they go around complaining. If you want satisfied customers who return more often, you need to take care of them regardless of the date. In conclusion, I don't recommend them at all. On the other hand, there's a much better option with better customer service.
