Avoid them! I went on an organized trip with them and it was the worst experience. They don't keep their promises. I ended up at the Istanbul airport without a taxi in the evening (a service I paid for). I do not recommend them.

I had a very bad experience with this company. Today, January 5, 2024, I wanted to book a return flight ticket for my mother to Cologne/Bonn. An audio file was recorded without my permission. I'll come to that in a moment. I had requested a flight ticket for January 9, 2024. The employee (wearing glasses at the counter) explained to me that the ticket for that period was available for €500 (approximately). I asked this employee to please book me 10kg of hand luggage + 20kg of luggage. But he booked something else and charged me a surcharge of €55 for €550 (according to Airarabia, the ticket costs €495). Although the employee explained to me that there was only a fee of €10, this was a lie. When the employee handed me the ticket, I noticed that he had only booked 10kg of hand luggage for my mother for €550. When I asked him about it, the employee said he wouldn't listen, saying he had recorded our entire conversation on audio and camera. He became loud and listened to the audio file. After repeatedly asking for the audio file to play, in which I supposedly requested only 10kg of hand luggage, it wouldn't play. Instead, he called his supervisor to mediate the dispute. He, of course, supported his statement with the argument that perhaps they had misunderstood him, and instead of booking 10 kg of hand luggage + 20 kg of luggage, he had only booked 10 kg. If I wanted to book an additional 20 kg, I would have to pay €45. After the discussion, I asked them to cancel my ticket and only charge me the processing fee, which was denied because the price had already been paid. (The price had not actually been paid, but the plane ticket had only been reserved for (...) hours.) After a long discussion, I was asked to book a ticket elsewhere because they couldn't argue with me. I then said (this said audio file has been deleted to conceal your incompetence). Recording an audio file without the other party's consent is, in my opinion, inappropriate and outrageous. It's best to avoid this company.
