This is a message to all these bad reviewers, I'm hamid, the owner of this shop is my dad, and i thought it would be a great idea to see other people's reviews, until reality struck, peaple saying they got scammed or had their things broken or whatever. 1.my dad is old, he often forgets things especially things like orders or reserves, that's why he recently got my brother to be with him. 2.he would NEVER, and im saying NEVER scam or rip off anyone, that's because he respects the gold market. 3.he's trying his best to reduce prices (that explains why a lot of peaple get crowded in the store)
I entrusted a gold bracelet to my sister because I wasn't in Morocco. When she returned it to me (protected in a box), I discovered that the clasp was broken (even though it had worked perfectly before), and that a chain link had been removed, probably to solder the damaged part. I asked a simple question to understand why the bracelet had been shortened. Instead of explaining, the salesperson hung up on me, then blocked me. I never accused him; I just wanted a clear explanation. This lack of professionalism and transparency disappointed me greatly. I liked this jewelry store, but now I prefer to go to another store.
Alhadj is completely failing to honor the agreement to handcraft and prepare a gold bracelet by August 16th. He's been asked weekly how he's progressed since July. We only received the reassurance that it will be ready for your departure on August 16th. "I just called the Hajj," he said without shame or excuse, "yes, it's the summer rush, so we're not going to make it." The order has been with them for four or five weeks now, confident that it will be ready by August 16th. It was an emotional order, and he knew the story and his son, who was supposed to make the bracelet, but they simply didn't make it. It's like hitting your head against the wall as a customer leaving Monday, August 19th. Don't do business with me if you want to place special handcrafted orders. Words are not trustworthy, Hajj or not. We no longer fear Allah, subhanallah. I didn't place a non-binding order, but picked it up on August 16th. Shame on you. My sister had her last miracle child and wanted a bracelet with the letters of the three miracles. And five weeks later, this fake artisan jeweler has done absolutely nothing after weekly contact. Now I'm going back to the Netherlands to my sister without a gold bracelet because this jeweler deprived us of the opportunity to go to another jeweler during the four or five weeks he had the order with him, confident it would be ready today. Shame on you! And again, people, don't trust this shop with special orders!
Really unserious, unprofessional jeweler who doesn't respect his customers.
Very good jewelry👍 …
