What a professional, polite and reliable Service! Mustapha and his agency are great, and of course the cars are too. If you want to rent a car without problems - contact him. :-) I rented so many cars the past years everywhere and got scammed very often so I know what I'm saying.

- We wanted to rent a new Dacia Logan for two weeks, with a reversing camera, etc., as indicated on the Morrocorent 4x4 website. - On the day, Mustapha arrived with a Dacia Logan, in poor condition inside and out, with 170,000 km on the odometer. - Mustapha had warned us that it wasn't possible to pay by card on site and that we would have to go to the Casablanca agency to make the payment. However, on the day, he had a payment terminal available, and we were able to pay by debit card, with no deposit or additional fees. - The car wasn't in good condition, but out of politeness and with no alternative, we rented it. - On the road, we realized that the clutch and steering wheel were stiff, the car radio was broken, and we couldn't lock the car manually. Most importantly, it wasn't the new Dacia Logan. - We called Mustapha back to find a solution, and he then called The Marrakech agency, to no avail, then offered to rent us a Peugeot 208 belonging to one of his friends, for twice the price we were paying for the Dacia Logan, which didn't suit us. - This put us in a difficult position because the car didn't match the offer: we had planned a road trip in a new-generation Dacia Logan, but we ended up with an old Dacia Logan (probably imported from Europe and having lived well, then put back on the road in Morocco 2 years ago) and we lost days of travel because of the unplanned stop in Marrakech in the hope of exchanging the car there at the agency. - Faced with this false offer, we agreed to cancel the rental, not without difficulty: Mustapha wanted us to return the car to Agadir, which was impossible for us, so it was agreed that if possible, Mustapha would send a driver to pick up the car in Marrakech. He had to get back to us to clarify this, especially because he There were potentially some fees. - We received a message later that evening indicating that someone would pick up the car near the bus station at a specific time, no more and no less. However, upon arrival, the driver handed us a sum of cash that didn't match what we had agreed upon with Mustapha on the phone. He had taken the liberty of deducting travel expenses without discussing it with us beforehand, and the amount was outrageous (400 MAD for a bus trip from Agadir to Marrakech plus tolls and a meal—at that price, the meal was practically a royal feast!). We called Mustapha back to express our dissatisfaction, especially since we had left 700 MAD worth of gas in the car, which more than covered the travel expenses. But Mustapha wouldn't listen, and the discussion became heated. He accused us of being difficult customers, pointing out the goodwill gestures he had made for us (free car delivery, no fees [which he ultimately chose to include himself] for paying by credit card), before launching into a tirade. Nonsense about VAT concepts that he offered us in exchange for a cash refund?? - When we mentioned going to the police, Mustapha started threatening us. If we wanted to play that game, the car had better be undamaged. - In the end, it's likely that Moroccoorent4x4 doesn't have any new Dacia Logan models: according to Mustapha, they were "all unavailable," as were the cars in the higher price ranges... false advertising? - It also seems that the positive reviews about this agency are fake; feel free to investigate for yourself. However, the current review is 100% genuine!

Beware of this agency! I rented a 4x4 (Pajero, 220,000 km) and the gearbox broke down on the highway. Despite it being a mechanical failure (for which we were not responsible), we were charged €500. The rental agreement is unclear and the included insurance doesn't cover much. Avoid them!
