This treatment was unprofessional, and I felt disrespected simply because I was requesting short-term insurance, given that I am part of the Moroccan diaspora and live outside Morocco. The problem isn't with the employee, as they are simply following instructions, but rather with the owner's exact manner in dealing with me. Therefore, I say it clearly: I recommend AXA Insurance, but I do not recommend this particular office or the way its owner treats customers. And any customer has the right to ask: if this is the treatment before any incident, what will the situation be like when a real problem arises?
