They don't have working hours here in Ourir; there's only one office, and they don't care about time laws.
the person there is so mean and disrespectful he doesn't want to work! whenever I ask him something he says come later!!!!! very disrespectful man there I hope they replace him!!

SCAM!!!! Do not come to this place, I made a monthly plan in this “orange” shop, 200dh per month, they requested my passport, I thought it was a normal practice so I gave it them. I made the plan on 12/05 on the 15/05 I started receiving messages from Fin-Flouss which is a collection company, saying I have an undisclosed amount to pay and if I don’t pay I have to go to court. Thankfully I reported this case and I’m getting this situation fixed. Btw I’m taking these scammers to court! If it’s too late for you, keep all the proofs of the contract, messages, transactions… Make an official complaint in Orange, with this complaint report it with Fin-Flouss and to finalize report the situation to the local authorities.
