I don't recommend this notary is unprofessional specially guy who working there
Notary Aboukhalid Zouhair in Azrou is very patient and attentive to his clients' needs. He takes the time to clearly explain all the possibilities related to the case he is handling in understandable terms, and he provides excellent advice to your advantage before finalizing the transaction. I highly recommend him, especially if you live outside of Morocco.
A very patient notary who listens and I recommend him but just when they are overwhelmed he takes the first ones who come to his attention.
The worst experience ever with this office; I advise you against going there. Nobody listens to what you ask. You pay all the fees, and then you start the marathon of back-and-forth trips. In short, terrible.
The worst notary in Azrou. I do not recommend it.
