In my experience, this Tayba agency does not meet expected professional standards. The management is lacking, and the professionalism and honesty of the staff, including the manager, are seriously questionable. I strongly advise against using this agency.

The buses break down every hour, and you bring us an even worse one, which then breaks down again an hour later, and we have to wait for another one. In Mina, everyone else has their own tent, but you divided us among tents belonging to other agencies, and nobody wants to let us in, even though we paid more than them. The list goes on and on. As for me, may God forgive my sins, and may God hold you accountable for all the suffering you caused. We entrust our affairs to God. God is the best of guardians.
