The lady there isn't friendly Firstly, she doesn't seem willing to give you the time, and it feels like she's mad at me for some reason
My first complaint was the delay in installation, followed by the lack of response from customer service, leaving me waiting all day. So, I might change my mind and cancel this contract, which hasn't even started yet, due to poor service and the delays since the beginning.
