It takes almost 4 hours to get your supplies
On February 4, 2019, we ordered plasterboard for the office. The salesperson wanted to check if we had sufficient bank coverage. Everything was verified, but at 4 PM we were still waiting for our delivery and hadn't heard anything from the company. Mr. Tarik, their salesperson, simply turned off his phone, and we ended up paying installers who waited all day on chairs. This company has not honored its commitment! We spoke with Mr. Walid Samir, who is supposed to address the issue with his subordinate.
