Maroc Telecom Benslimane has a very competent, professional, and amazing store manager that find real solutions for her customers, I have had a lot of bad experiences with maroc telecom but this woman has made me change my view on this company. She takes the time to explain things, finds solutions that are needed by the customer, and follows up with you. If you live around the area, you should definitely go to her for your IAM needs.

Honestly, one star is too much. The service is terrible. People pay money and the internet is down. When you go to file a complaint, it's a nightmare, especially with that one customer, Souad. She's always frowning, looking for a fight, and doesn't give customers their time. The telecom company needs to hire younger staff or retrain them in customer service. Personally, I will never deal with them again.

My only complaint about Maroc Telecom is that they aren't generous with customers who aren't eligible for ADSL services. Personally, I'm disappointed that I couldn't find unlimited data on the 4G box!
