We agreed on one thing, then they told me something else. According to them, the marriage certificate would be issued within four days or a week. I went to the reception desk to ask how long it would take, and they told me it would take four days. When I went to pick it up, they told me I had to pay to get my certificate. Even though I already paid everything they asked for after my wife and I signed, they're still asking me for money to receive my certificate, which I never actually received. It's like a scam.
