The work took three and a half months to complete instead of the four weeks they promised at the time of purchase, with several back-and-forth trips to follow up. The salesperson who promised four weeks was either in training or couldn't find the plasterer, the air conditioning contractor, the carpenter... and to top it all off, they charged building management fees for four months without handing over the keys...
