The finish is excellent and there's plenty of sunshine. It's practically silent. The Al Baraka Bouskoura Gessimo team is always responsive. There's still no electricity or water, but I hope the electricity will be connected by Monday! In short, I highly recommend this establishment, which deserves 4 stars. Most of my family owns property there. The building manager is always helpful and notices anything that needs repairing, immediately contacting the sales office. It's fantastic. Looking forward to seeing you again, my future neighbors. Mouha BENJELLOUN
