Such a bad service and incompetent personal they mad me pay 200 to open account to receive money and pay 70 for send my friend her things and in the end they put by mistake extra amount for her to pay so she couldn’t collect and also they don’t deliver I don’t know why 70 dh when most companies they collect from home to home and we pay only 50 dh shame on you that’s why Morocco will never be developed such personal should go home

Two hours to close an account, horrible service, a waste of time and a lack of respect for customers. Only the security guard went above and beyond his job! And the new employee tried to resolve the issues. I absolutely do not recommend them.

It's a disaster!!!!! Argument inside the agency, no organization, total anarchy! Expect a minimum of 2 to 3 hours of waiting, and standing, no order of passage! The security guard distributes numbers as he pleases.

Here's a corrected version: "Unfortunately, there's no option to give a 0-star rating. Poor service: it takes three months to renew a registration document, and the document still isn't available. Frankly, the gentleman acts as if the agency (Barid Cash) belongs to his father. This isn't a lack of professionalism, it's a complete absence."

If I could give less than one star I would not hesitate... A service worse than it is shameful... Agents without respect and work without will as if they are not paid. Knowing that there is only 1 agent at the counter and the lady in charge of accounts is malicious It is the worst post office I think that can exist in Morocco
