0 stars! Extremely disappointing experience with this company. We purchased doors and were put in touch with a subcontractor installer recommended by their sales representative. Not only was this installer paid by us for travel and for taking incorrect measurements, but he also proved unreachable for the installation, leaving us in a difficult situation. The measurements he took were completely wrong, which forced us to hire several professionals (a bricklayer to install a false frame and widen the opening, a tiler to remove the tiled baseboards and lay new tiles, and a door installer). The door installer realized that all the masonry work and additional purchases (including a poor-quality wooden frame) that the company had encouraged us to buy were unnecessary, as the doors ultimately fit our existing walls perfectly. So we had to contact the bricklayer again to remove the frames and fill in the walls to fit the doors… The most frustrating thing is that the Tepe Safe sales representative is washing her hands of all responsibility, even though she's the one who recommended this installer to us. Even though we had agreed to pay him directly. We feel like we've been victims of a well-orchestrated scam, where we're being pressured into spending more on useless products and services. Beware of this company and its dubious practices!

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. My customer experience with this retailer was awful, and I'll try to be factual in recounting the events: - At the end of August 2017, I ordered a high-end security door with central locking, described as "top-of-the-range" by the salesperson, who quoted me 13,500 Dhs for it, requiring a 4,000 Dhs deposit. The salesperson told me the delivery time would be 1.5 to 2 months. - A week later, a TEPESAFE employee contacted me to ask about the door's opening direction and dimensions (1 meter wide). I provided this information and asked her to send someone to verify the measurements. - At the end of October (one week before the two-month deadline), I contacted the seller to get an update on the delivery and remind them that no one had come to take measurements. They told me there would be a two-week delay and not to worry about the measurements. - Two weeks later, I contacted the seller again to find out the installation date, and I learned that the ordered door had just left Turkey and wouldn't be delivered until the end of November (due to shipping and customs). - At the end of November, I contacted them, and they scheduled an appointment for December 1st for the installation. - On December 1st, the door arrived, but: it wasn't the color I ordered, it had two locks instead of a centralized one, the handle didn't match, and to top it all off, it was 1.15 meters wide! Therefore, it didn't fit! In conclusion, after a three-month wait with a terrible salesperson who didn't even bother to contact me to apologize for the delay and his mistake, I finally got a refund. That's when I discovered that the door he delivered cost less than 5000 dirhams at other retailers... So I advise you to avoid this store at all costs!!!
