Super service!

A disastrous experience. Yacout Kabbaj, an unprofessional real estate agent, experienced a last-minute cancellation of an appointment with another agent. She claimed the property the other agent had shown us belonged to her and that no other agent, who had taken the time to explain the process and show us the property, could arrange a viewing. The least she could have done was inform us yesterday, without letting us travel to the property, only to find out she had cancelled the viewing with the other agent.
At Yakeey, I was asked to sign a contract and provide sensitive personal documents just to prove that the property belonged to me… even though the agency didn't have exclusive rights to the sale, let alone a buyer to offer me. I calmly explained that I was the owner and that I refused to send such documents via WhatsApp, and that I would only do so when they had a serious offer. Clearly, that didn't sit well with them. Trying to understand their reasoning, the operator abruptly cut me off and blurted out: “It's up to you…” A haughty tone, a condescending attitude, as if I should almost thank them for wanting to “take good” care of my property. While other agencies in the sector demonstrate respect, courtesy, and professionalism, here I experienced absolutely no customer service. It felt like they were doing me a favor, when that's literally their job. In short: a disastrous quality of exchange, a lack of professionalism, and an experience that makes you absolutely not want to go any further.
At Yakee, you have to provide an enormous amount of paperwork for poor service. Furthermore, their prices are often inflated by more than 30%. For example, an apartment that is actually worth 120 million is listed with them at 170 million.
