Mehdi Mohamon refused to close my account twice now. He lies. He told me the only way I could pay my bill was in cash to him. My receipts never matched the amount I gave him. When I asked him about it he said it was a local service charge. He told me I could me I could change the name my account when I left the country. I wanted to help a local family save money on the start up cost so they could have Wi-Fi before I left the country. When we went to do this, he wanted to upsell new equipment and when I refused his offer is when he refused to close my account. Why Inwi allows such a person to hijack their reputation is beyond me. Take Medhi's last words to me as advice, if you want service try Orange or Maroctelecom.

It is supposed to be open at 10:00, 10:15 still nothing. Not good for a service that wants to stand out as fast and reliable.. especially if people have other things to do. So don’t expect it to be open when it says so.
